Together we identify the necessary steps in order for you to achieve fulfilment and realisation of your potential to achieve your career goals.

Stage 3: Clarify Your Career Options

Using your personal analysis our consultants explore the career options you have available to plot your course of action to career fulfilment and satisfaction.

Stage 4: Career Coaching and Information Support

Your detailed step-by-step action plan is developed outlining the practical requirements needed to achieve your chosen career goals, including:
  • How and where to focus your energies, efforts and ambitions
  • Which career level best suits your experience and abilities
  • How to progress within your career most efficiently
  • What environment is best suited to you/ how best you might fit into any organisation

Stage 5 - CV Development & Self-Marketing Literature

Stage 6 - Interview Coaching

Using specialised CCTV coaching, you will learn the hints and tips from our experts to tackle interviews and contract negotiations with confidence. This video feedback is yours to take away, and review in the future when needed.

Stage 7 - Active Job Search & Personal Coaching

Your consultant will give you practical advice on what the next step should be, we'll advise about obtaining further information concerning any training / education needs, how to make further enquiries to explore employment opportunities and applying for jobs. We can even advise you on ways to contact potential employers and how to handle interviews.
